So what is Star Ratings?
Star Ratings is a site where you enter your forum in a contest based on certain things such as...Popularity or Design! Somewhere in your forum you can put a button that we give you (it will have the link to vote for your site) and members can vote! If yours wins, your site gets put on the winners page and you get a button that goes on your site that looks like an award and it will say YOUR FORUMS NAME is the winner for MONTH for CATAGORY.
