Theme World is a site whose Theme Changes every month. This months theme is Under the Sea, next months theme is Safari There are three default skins for each month. Theres tons to talk about from the common music, movies, and video games to te not so common, languages, history, and philosphys. Drop by, and maybe become a registered member.

The rules are actually pretty relxed and we aren't dictators like other sites can be.
