Black Radiance Cream Foundation. Ponds Cold Cream (MUST HAVE!! I can't live without this stuff. My face is soooo soft once I use it) N.Y.C. Eyeliner All bought today. JANE tinted moisturizer with SPF 30! Blue Mascara Neutrogena Lip Boost Does that tinted moisturizer really work? I've heard about tinted moisturizers and some that make your skin glow. I wanted to try it but didn't want to waste money on something that would never work for me.

Well you can be high maintanance and not wear alot of makeup. For a while I was a bit high maintanance (I had to look a certain way. My clothes had to be sort of trendy and I would make a big deal about shopping at particular places. Luckily, that lasted a few months out of my life) and I never really wear makeup... for the most part, I wear lipstick and eyeliner. If Im going out somewhere, then I make do my face, but thats about it. Even for work... I'll wear lipstick, hardly no eyeliner. Dont need to really. Its not that serious to me.

Yeah, it's not important to me either. I will put on a little foundation if I go out somewhere, but other than that i don't really feel like putting the work into it As for clothes, i've never cared. I honestly can't tell you can designer brand names. I buy what's comfortable and reasonably priced. I don't and never have needed a label to tell me I was cool. I've watched alot of people become obessed with it and it was never something I wanted to take over my life.

LOL @ Putting the extra work into it... ME TOO! Lol!
It wasn't so much about labels, because for the most part, I couldn't really afford it at the time. It was more about where I was working and how I wanted to come across towards my co-workers. I didn't want to be bland and let the job control or dictate who I was. So I wanted to spruce up my wardrobe a bit. I had just started working at this place, so I was still a bit broke and I was still in school. So labels were already off of my "MUST HAVE" list. Lol. It was moreso a "What looks HOT on Toya" and a "How do I make my co-workers & bosses notice me" type of thing. If they saw that I look exceptionally nice, they'd ask "Oooh girl, where'd you get that from?"... that type of thing.
Let me tell you, Im the Queen of CHEAP! I shop at Target, Payless, Kohl's & any other store (discounter/ wholesaler/specialty) that sells KNOCKOFFS! LMBO! Or at least quality goods for fraction of the designer price. Get where Im going. I can afford it now, but I dont desire it. Im much older and the whole label thing doesn't even phase me anymore.
I tell everyone, My mother should have named me Sal E. Clearance! (Sale Clearance) ROFLMBO!
