I Love that one. I wouldn't do it with opaque red tights, I'd probably keep it straight black (Im from New York, so everything we wear is black) or a soft or muted pair of tights that aren't so bold.
But if bold is the look I was going for, then the shoes would definately be red. Not the tights. I think that it takes attention away from the shirt dress itself with the extra loud tights. Make the eye go from head to toe... make the last part of the outfit standout.
