I can't lie... I was psyched as well when I saw the fake one cause it looked good and professional, but this one is fabulous!! (Photoshopped none the less) But Im not too sure about the actual fragrance... You decide!
Now as for Usher, Im psyched about this one because I really haven't heard much buzz around this fragrance and when I did it was while reading my latest Cosmo... so Im really awaiting this one.
Below are two scans of Usher's ads...
M By Mariah Carey
Photoshop meet Mariah Carey. Mariah Carey meet Photoshop.
On Tuesday the print ads for Mariah's new perfume "M by Mariah Carey" hit the net, and they are currently running in the September issue of Glamour magazine. Mariah can be seen ass-out, halfway submerged in water in front of puffy clouds. The ad looks interesting, to say the least.
According to her website, the fragrance smells like amber incense, Tiare flower, and marshmallow. What in the world? Marshmallow? Is Mariah making a perfume or smores? We got the graham crackers!
Should you care to smell this concoction, her website is offering free samples while supplies last.
Usher She & Usher He
R&B singer Usher has a duo of fragrances ready for launch this coming September under arrangements with Liz Claiborne.
Usher She, for "a woman of mystery and confidence", was created by Honorine Blanc and Richard Herpin. The Eau de Parfum "has top notes of red currant, pink freesia and apple blossom; a heart of frangipani, apricot nectar, blooming jasmine and passion rose, and a drydown of amber wood, sensual musk, cashmere wood, vanilla orchid and incense".
Usher He, an Eau de Toilette to wear "with everything from a tux to a pair of jeans" was created by Richard Herpin, and the notes include "verbena, pineapple and melon; a heart of blue lavender, white pepper and violet leaf, and a drydown of vetiver, amber wood, black suede, sandalwood, sensual musk and guaiac wood".
Although this wouldn't have been my idea of a mysterious yet confident scent, it sounds yummy... like a great recipe for a homemade Martini- a Toytini!?
