Ovarian Cyst help?

Ever since i've had my period (2yrs ago, i was 11) it has always been heavy clots and back pain.
My mam brought me to the doctor last year and have been doing many tests on me.
The past 4 periods have been light and less pain.Today i had a blood test and ultrasound.It turns out i have an ovarian cyst that was bleeding into my fallopian tubes.
She said it will go itself and the bleeding has stopped but they have to keep an eye on it.Apparently the pill can prevent them coming back.I'm not allowed on the pill because it may cause problems with my migrane.

???Has anyone here have or had a similar problem or do you have any idea what i can do or any advice.I'm just really stressed out right now!!

WOW no! Ive heard of Ovarian Cysts (I few friends of mine had to have them removed) but I didn't quite know what happened when you had one or why its caused.

I kind of know what you're going through, I've dealt with them for a long time too, in my family (or anyone's I'm guessing) it can turn into cancer. My sister had 2 kids and said that sex was really painful because of the cysts, after my 2nd niece she had to have her whole baby maker removed because the cancer got so bad. SO all I can say is just keep a really really watchful eye on them.
