I have a question...
Besides making more money, does getting a college degree to you mean that the person(s) in question will end up in better predicaments? Will they make better choices? Will they do better than someone who has more experience; that has worked since high school? Are they better people? Will they be better off in the future?
What do you think a college degree equates?
