From LA Times BlogWell, now there's one more thing to worry about when Justin Bieber is around: The 16-year-old pop star might be punking you. And you. And you.
Although his deal is not signed, and MTV is not officially announcing the return of Ashton Kutcher's "Punk''d," with Bieber as its new host, Vulture.com and Deadline.com reported Tuesday, using anonymous sources, that the tween heart throb is taking over as lead prankster. The Times has independently confirmed negotiations are underway.
Kutcher's production company, Katalyst, would still produce the practical-joke-centered series, but the singer would be the one announcing the big reveals. The original version went off the air in 2007.
Neither Kutcher nor Bieber, two of Twitter's biggest celebrities, has had a tweet to say about it. Maybe that's a punk in and of itself.

This is going to be a major ratings booster for MTV... Justin Bieber, the biggest teen heartthrob, to be their weekly cash cow! It doesn't get any better than that!

Yeah, Toya your right.
This also doesn't do anything, but give MTV a younger & younger audience. Not as if they already don't get good enough ratings.
SMH! MTV...
