There's been a 40% increase of reported cases of dengue in Southeast Asia since last year, and fatalities have increased to 43 deaths so far—26 of whom were between 10 and 24, the age where most women wear leggings, report the Thai government. Officials recommend wearing light-colored denim. As if you needed another reason to retire those old stand-bys.
