On February 4, Chris Scott’s wife Janna called 911 because their 6-month-old son Jacob was choking. He was unconscious and had stopped breathing. The dispatcher who answered was her husband. 911 dispacters are trained on how to handle these types of situations. They can't let themselves become emotionally involved no matter who is on the other end.
