Kanye West and Lady Gaga's tour is over a month before it was supposed to begin. Just days after announcing dates for an ambitious tour that was to kick off next month, the tour was canceled.
Live Nation announced the news on Thursday. The tour promoter says refunds will be issued. No reason was given for the cancellation.
Rumors of poor ticket sales, as well as Kanye West and Lady Gaga being at each others throats regarding the production of the show. So say it was Lady Gaga wanted out so she could do her own solo tour.
50 Cent slammed the tour -- which he called the gay tour (yes, go ahead and boycott Vitamin Water now) -- in an interview on New York's Hot 97 on Wednesday, but apologized for his comments on Thursday, October 1st after a wave of negative feedback in the media.
I'm guessing the clash of egos, and fan backlash from Kayne's MTV Taylor Swift/Beyonce fiasco had a lot to do with the cancellation.
Smh. I don't know what to think. But one this is for certain, Kanye needs a much needed break to just have time to himself and to just contemplate life.
