Someone at my job asked me the same thing. I'm so not celebrating Halloween. Idk. I guess Im a wee bit too old. lol. However, if I were to, I'd probably be in character. Most likely someone people wouldn't easily recognize.
Being a witch is always the cheapest (and easiest) thing to be. For some reason Witch costumes are very inexpensive. I wonder why?!
