Ashlee Simpson is pregnant, a source confirmed to Usmagazine.com. The singer, 23, is expecting her first child with fiancé Pete Wentz, 28. Simpson and the Fall Out Boy bassist announced their engagement Wednesday. "We are thrilled to confirm their engagement and congratulate this happy couple," a spokesperson for the couple told Us. "Beyond that there is nothing to say." Simpson's rep had no comment. Simpson and Wentz began dating in late 2006. "They are ecstatic and can't wait to be man and wife," a source told Us. "They will be getting married before the end of the year." Wentz, who co-founded Fall Out Boy in 2001, told Us this month that he was open to marriage. "When you find someone you think is your soulmate, it's inevitable," he said. Simpson – who had a role on Seventh Heaven – will release her new album, Bittersweet World, on April 22.

i used to be an ashlee simpson fan. i LOVE fall out boy. pete is hot. lol. i think they look good together. and yeah at least they arent trying to hide it from the world like every other damn celb does. lol.

Hahaha, good point. Then again, I know others hide it from the pop. If I ever dated a celed and the pop. get bugging us then I would get sooo pissed!
