It seems like Miss Brit is doing her body good, by relaxing & dodging the razzi's... but it looks as though things are about to get ten times better.
ET confirms that Madonna and Britney Spears are set to sing together again! The headline-making entertainers taped a performance over the weekend that will be shown at the Material Girl's "Sticky & Sweet" tour, kicking off August 23 in Cardiff, Wales.
The pop star duo famously appeared together, alongside Christina Aguilera, at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2005 where the twosome shared an onstage kiss.

I honestly thought that since her stint in the crazy house, Madonna would have had nothing else to do with Miss Brit. But I guess not. Everyone needs a helping hand and everyone needs a friend, right?
