Designed and manufactured in the late 1800's in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mason Academy was original an all girls boarding school until 1942, when the owner changed hands and was switched over to a boys and girls boarding school. It wasn't until 1956, when Peter Gabriel took over as chancellor of the school, that they decided to run things a little bit differently. Instead of being home to children of all age, they narrowed it down to students between the ages of twelve and nineteen only. They had then decided to separate the students, not by just grades, but by houses as well. Chancellor Gabriel was not to sure how to set up the houses, they didn't have anything to base them off of.
In 1972, the school closed for one year, it was to give the chancellor time to make all the changes and arrangements for the newly improved school. But Peter Gabriel wouldn't live to see the school be reopened after all his hard work. As 1973 rolled around, Mason Academy was opening back up and now under the control of Peter Gabriel's daughter, Elizabeth Macbeth. Under the terms of her deceased father, she did as he wished. Mason Academy was separated into five different houses. Dodger, Solaris, Mauve, Cascade, and Cascade.
Now, in the year 2010, the school is now run by Sir Patrick Macbeth, grandson of Peter Gabriel and son of Elizabeth Macbeth. The students are sorted out by houses, grades, and cliques. How will you fit into to this lifestyle, these genres, these games?
