Dont know how true this is, but according to my favorite Hip Hop columnist Illseed over at AllHipHop.com, The solo acts formally known as Omarion & Bow Wow have recorded tracks to release dissing ex girlfriends Rihanna & Ciara!!! 
Now sometimes his tips are false, but I can see Bow dissing Cici. Omarion seems a bit too timid to be that forward about his love life. Especially when theres another celeb involved, that seems like something that O would probably keep to himself. However, now that the two of them are releasing an album, I can see where he would considering he probably picked up a thing or two from his new BEAU Bow Wow. Idk, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
I hear both Omarion and Wow Bow are going to diss their former babes. O is gonna take aim at Rihanna and Wow Bow…Ciara. O is allegedly mad that Ri Ri is seeing a lot of men? Hmmmmm…
