I'm tired of my dad, he gives me nothing but crap every week and it just throws stress on me, along with school.
Can I move to my mom's house if my dad has coustody of me? I see her every week, but I live with my dad.

What type of stress?
It seems to me that you need to talk to your mom about this. I would ask you about why he has sole custody but I understand its not everyones business. However, it seems to me like you need to talk to someone who is in a position to help you.

As far as your custody issue, it depends on how old you are and why your dad has custody of you and if he has sole custody of you.
If there was a reason you were taken away from your mom then you might not be able ot live with her, but if you are over 13 (i think) im sure you could discuss your living situation.

I'm 16 and he just has me because he is closer to my school. My mom lives an hour away from my school But She did nothing wrong to loose me, it's just for close school reasons

^^ That doesn't quite make sense. You aren't granted custody because of where you live and solely because of where you live. But we're not going to get into that.

Well she could be, if there was a divorce or something they could grant him primary custody to help her keep a sense of normaility by not having to give up her friends and school. I'm not sure about all of this but i would imagine at 16 you could petition the court to live wherever you wanted.

i am sure that you can get them to let you move. i think when you are like 13 you can tell them you want to move to the other parents house. so long as the parent you want to move in with didn't do anything to loose custody of you. but chyeah. i am pretty sure that is how it goes.
