You can go to Proboards Support and request one in the graphic board. But if you have a graphics program like Adobe Photoshop or Corel Paint Shop Pro then you can make one yourself.

REVIEW: *Please don't take this as an insult because its not its just my opinion of what you should have done differently* Too many colors! Too many harsh colors! If you want to create an appealing template to hold you over until you can get one created or until you can come up with something you like... you should start off with color schemes! I know a great place where you can get hex codes that come from a scheme! Colorschemer.com is a great site... as a matter of fact some of the schemes (Miss-C skins) came from colorschemer.com!!! They are practical colors that usually match and make sense for what ever type of site that your designing. Just type in a keyword and schemes will appear with the keyword tagged to it. You have a forum similar to mine, so you should try Pink, girlie, cute, teen, pastel, etc. keywords like that. You can find lots of nice color schemes Secondly, you need a better place holder. If you don't have a banner, dont try to compensate by using an avatar because its really little and doesn't tell you anything about the forum. Just leave the text as is OR you can go over to Cooltext.com for custom made banners! Thats what I do because I don't have access to my personal computer at the moment to make my own so I use that for Miss' banners. Many people don't like it but its better than the text that appears when you don't have a logo image! Your background is fine, but its not complimented by the forum colors. If you're gonna use one of those avatar/icon background you should use a white background and some colors from the background like a deep pink, black, and maybe some green (green is the complimentary color of red with is where pink is derived from. Plus, I see some green on some of the icons too) but you have to know what type of colors look best. So if you want you could use colorschemers online tool for grabbing websafe colors from the color spectrum... try it! If you still need help you can certainly ask me, I can whip something up for you real quick... its not a problem!! ;D Over all, I love the idea and the effort of the forum... |
