I thought that this was a great idea if you like soft chewy cookies without the baking time (Theres always the store bought brands, but you know...) Plus, if you don't like to use this recipes ingredients you can always use your own. Ingredients: 8 whole-wheat graham cracker squares, finely ground 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter 2 tablespoons honey plus 2 teaspoons honey 4 tablespoons unsweetened coconut Cooking Instuctions: Combine ground whole-wheat graham crackers, raisins, peanut butter and honey in a small bowl. Pat into 16 cookies and press lightly in coconut. Yield: 4 servings Nutrition Info Per Serving: Calories: 271 kcal Carbohydrates: 35 g Dietary Fiber: 2 g Fat: 13 g Protein: 5 g Sugars: 22 g
