So how often do you exercise, if at all? And kind of exercise do you do?

Well when I was in NY, I would walk vertually everywhere. But now that Im in NC, I have to pretty much drive everywhere because everything is so far you cant walk anywhere. So my excersize has been stunted since moving down here. I'd like to be able to walk to places more often but I cant and that sucks big time. I've gained like ten pounds since I've been down here... thats not good at all. You can eat healthy all you want but if you dont excersize, you're bound to start a regimine of unhealthiness.

I love it! I play volleyball, so that is how I exercise.

Sports and rec is great! When I was in High School (some years ago) I was involved in Modern Dance. It was great! I still would like to do it... but its hard trying to find AFFORDABLE things to do down here.
If you are involved in recreational activities or sports, thats wonderful because its a daily regimen that you must partake in to participate. Its fun. Its almost like your not exercising. ;D

^ i'm not sporty either. though there are some sports i do like...
I usually exercise by playing DDR actually. lol. It's a good work out cuase you're constantly moving and jumping, plus there's cool music! I rarely do a workout on a dvd, the moves are always too confusing and i get more irritated than exercise. And i love yoga, but i only do it occasionally, and i'm not sure it's really exercise.
