OMG! I cant anymore with the ridiculousness in the world...
A True Survival Story to Tell The Kiddies CARACAS (Reuters) - A Venezuelan man who had been declared dead woke up in the morgue in excruciating pain after medical examiners began their autopsy. Carlos Camejo, 33, was declared dead after a highway accident and taken to the morgue, where examiners began an autopsy only to realize something was amiss when he started bleeding. They quickly sought to stitch up the incision on his face.
"I woke up because the pain was unbearable," Camejo said, according to a report on Friday in leading local newspaper El Universal.
His grieving wife turned up at the morgue to identify her husband's body only to find him moved into a corridor -- and alive.
Reuters could not immediately reach hospital officials to confirm the events. But Camejo showed the newspaper his facial scar and a document ordering the autopsy.
Maybe he should sue God for this...?! Im just sayin'

OMG!!! That is terrible. I mean maybe the EMS on scene, looked for a pulse and heart beat and couldn't find one, and knew he wasn't breathing so they declared him dead. All pulses are not the same, in fact so people have very light pulses to the point where you can hardly feel them. Also just because your heart is not beating doesn't mean your dead, even if you are in the hospital and the heart monitoring machine goes flat line does not mean your dead. It happened to my cousin who was in a medically induced coma. I feel so bad for this man. I couldn't imagine anything like this happening. I can't even begin to imagine the pain he was in. This is just so, lose for words, what is going on in the world now-a-day. This is making me wonder about the medical professionals who were involved in this.

Well...I'm not meaning this in any rude or harsh way, so I hope no one takes this to offense.
But it has been known not to do to certain countries, like Mexico, and etc...to get medical care there, because of the rate of botched procedures and etc.
I saw on tv once, one a talk show. A woman who was morbitly obeese. She wanted a gastric bypass surgery, and she could not afford one here in the US. So she went online and went to Mexico to get a Gastric Bypass. She ended up getting a horrible botched surgery. She woke up during the surgery. The people performing on her were con artist not surgeon, never completed a day of med school. They weren't even using surgical tools, but instead cooking tools, like pancake flippers, household scissors and etc. The people actually filmed it of all things.

Wow. That's so wierd. I can't believe that this can actually happen to a person. I feel bad. I can't believe that they couldn't find the pulse.

I know I so feel bad that it happened to him. I feel for the wife too, cause it's like you get a horrible call that your husband is dead and you need to come and identify the body. Then you get there and he's alive. I would so sue.

I don't know...but he was declared dead if he was in the morgue getting an autopsy done. Yeah, he couldn't be dead and then alive. It's like once your dead your dead, so he was never dead, he was Alive!
