Spellbound by Deirdre Savoy [Buy at Barnes & Noble]

This book was published 1999 and it was a wonderful read for us ladies who are into romantic novels.
A family curse. A mismatched couple. Magic in the air at Martha's Vineyard. Ariel Windsor is home for her cousin's wedding. When she crosses paths with filmmaker Jarad Naughton, nothing is easy. They are as different as night and day. But sparks fly, and these two thrust and parry their way through their own unique battle of the sexes.

I loved this book. It was the best read I've had in a long time. The authors portrayl of Ariel and Jarad was so realistic and nostalgic. I mean Jarad was playful and outgoing whereas Ariel was very stern and combative. Through all of that, they managed to find love- IN 6 DAYS NONETHELESS!

I felt for these characters. They portrayed the type of love that every girl should have.

Sounds like a good book. I might have to look for it when I go book shopping again :)
